When a technician from Defense Locksmith installing a lock, a warranty comes with the lock as well. Starting at 6 month, up to 12 month, depending on the grade and pricing. In case of lock malfunction, the lock has a mechanical issue and was not damaged or vandalized, we will fix or replace immediately.
